This is a soft, slow, and body-friendly moving class designed especially for German speakers who would like to improve their English in a relaxed and natural way — by moving, breathing, and listening. Each session is guided in simple English with clear, calm instructions. You will learn to listen more deeply, not just to the English language, but also to your own body, breath, and emotions. Your course leader Hannah is trauma-informed certified Polyvagal Yoga Instructor, Language and Life Coach. There is no need to be flexible or experienced, you can even sit in a chair!.
