Step back into the world of 19th-century England! Jane Austen’s novels are much more than just romance; they are sharp, witty, and sometimes brutal observations of society. In this interactive online lecture, we will explore the "rules" of the Regency era: How much money do you need to be a "good match"? How do you insult someone while remaining perfectly polite? And why is a walk in the rain such a dramatic event? Through original quotes, film clips, and small group discussions, we will polish your English while discovering the timeless humor of Elizabeth Bennet and Co.

Ideal for fans and newcomers alike. Language level: B1

Improve your English through reading and discussion. By exploring a novel or crime story together, you will expand your vocabulary, strengthen your grammar, and gain more confidence in speaking English.
